RRS Education (Research Review Service Inc.) reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you violate these Terms, RRS Education may terminate your access to the Service and/or take appropriate legal action against you as determined by RRS Education in its sole discretion. RRS Education (Research Review Service Inc.) reserves the right to take the site down at any time required to perform site maintenance.

All content on this site is owned by RRS Education. As a site user with a membership subscription account you agree that you are entitled to view and retain a copy of the content for personal use but may not duplicate, download, publish or otherwise distribute them IN ANY FORM, including post on any other website for any purpose unless specifically authorized by Dr. Shawn Thistle RRS Education. The services and products provided on this website can be altered or terminated, at the disecretion of RRS Education, without prior notice.

You also agree not to deep-link to the Site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by RRS Education. The content on the Site, including, without limitation, the research reviews and online courses provided in connection with the Service are the property of RRS Education and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

 

 

When you set up an account and use the Site, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. RRS Education  reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel services at it's sole discretion.

You also agree that RRS Education may communicate with you by email using the email address you registered when you set up your account on the Site. Such communication will include weekly notification when a new review is posted, when new online courses are added to the database, when new seminars are scheduled, announcements about promotions and other information pertaining to RRS Education. Messages may also contain links to information of interest to manual-medicine practitioners.

You may unsubscribe to these email messages at any time using the available 'unsubscribe' link in the messages.

RRS Education DOES NOT sell personal information collected on this website to others. RRS Education DOES NOT share customer information with any other parties. RRS Education NEVER releases account and other personal information unless requested by law enforcement organizations.

RRS Research Reviews online SUBSCRIPTION plans are set up as RECURRING PAYMENTS through PayPal. If you choose one of these plans you will be required to set up a free PayPal account during the subscription process, if you do not already have one. Once you successfully complete the PayPal process, your payments will continue at the interval of the plan you have chosen, remaining in effect until such time as you decide to cancel the subscription by logging into your PayPal account to stop the RECURRING PAYMENT to Research Review Service. Inc.

You may use only ONE coupon code at time of purchase. Combining coupons is not permitted and if a user submits more than one coupon during any transaction, administration will adjust the level of service for that account.

You acknowledge that complying with laws is your responsibility, and you agree not to hold RRS Education liable for your failure to comply with any law or RRS Education's failure to notify you of, or properly apply, any law. Subject to any privacy provisions in these Terms RRS Education will comply with law enforcement and may provide them with all information you submit to it to assist in any investigation or prosecution they may conduct.

You can be sure all information you provide in the RRS Research Reviews subscription, RRS Online Courses purchasing or RRS Seminars registration process for the Service is not made available to any other party and will never be shared. You may be paying for the service using PayPal, a secure online payment service which is integrated into this website. Once on the PayPal interface during the registration/payment process, all personal information entered is secured by PayPal using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent interception. Look  for https:// at the beginning of the page URL in the address bar of your browser before you enter credit card or personal information on that page when placing your order. If the https:// is missing on any site you wish to purchase from be aware that it is NOT secure.

You agree you have been granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it.
